The purchase process

When a user selects a product or products and submits an order with a conformation to the BUY button, the online store automatically “generates” and sends an e-mail with the details of the order (products, prices, quantities, user’s data …). The ordering process is divided into three parts:

  • Order confirmed

      After successful order submission, the buyer receives an email notification that the order has been confirmed. The message also includes instructions for paying for the ordered product via online banking (in case the buyer has already payed for the product via credit card or Paypal, these instructions are for informational purposes only) and are awaiting processing.

  • Order completed and shipped

     The provider reserves the right to call the buyer on his contact telephone number or write to his e-mail if necessary, if he needs more information to execute the order. The Bidder prepares the goods within the promised deadline, sends them and informs the buyer by e-mail.

In case of ordering digital content, the buyer will also be sent an email with access information and instructions for using the ordered electronic offer (e.g. e-courses).

If the buyer orders the book, he will also receive an email that the book has been shipped.

  • Restrictions

It is not allowed to directly or indirectly,

  • resell, rent, sublicense, lease, assign, transfer, time share or any way otherwise exploit commercially or do the services or make available to any third party;
  • use the services in a manner that is unlawful for any purpose (including without limitation in violation of any data, anti-bribery, privacy, or export control laws) or services that are prohibited by this Agreement; translate, modify, create, adapt, or attempt to create any variation works of the Services;
  • use the services to build a similar or competitive work or access the services if you are our competitor;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access or hack to the services or its related systems or networks;

The right to withdraw from the purchase or return of goods

Natural persons may, within the statutory time limit of three days after the purchase has been made, notify the company in writing of their withdrawal from the contract and return the goods received in accordance with the law. Products (also digital products like e-courses or e-books) must be unused (there shouldn’t be any data of a login through the email registered) and undamaged, otherwise the provider will refuse the purchase withdrawal and refunding of the purchase price.

In the case of books, this means that there should be no visible traces of reading the book (e.g., the wrinkled back of the book, which is created when reading the book – compared to a book from a print shop that has never been used).

The provider shall return the purchase price (the purchase price of the product less delivery costs and any other payment costs, e.g. commission on payment by money order, credit card, Paypal and similar means of payment) within 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal and fulfillment of the above mentioned conditions .

The purchase price for the returned items will be credited to your transaction account or, upon agreement, the purchase price will be counted as a credit on your next purchase.

The buyer is responsible for reducing the value of the goods if the decrease in value is the result of actions that are not strictly necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Payment

Upon confirmation of the order, the buyer chooses the desired payment option:

  • Online credit card payment.
  • Pay via Paypal.
  • Payment by pro forma invoice or online bank transfer.

The most convenient and fastest payment option is through a pro forma invoice, online bank transfer or credit card, which is also recommended by the provider.

In case of payment via online bank, all payment information will be forwarded to your email address.

This information is:

  • the product of the order,
  • the amount of the order,
  • provider information (TRR number, provider company information).

Credit Cards

We accept payments through Maestro, MasterCard and Visa credit cards.

Payment processing is secure and is done through the Bankart processing center.

Delivery time and delivery

For live events, the provider does not issue physical tickets. The buyer receives a payment receipt at their email address. One week before the event, the buyer receives an email reminder of the event with instructions regarding arrival, duration, location, parking, registration, etc.

Digital products (e.g. e-courses, books in digital form) are delivered by the provider as soon as payment is received. The email he sends to the buyer’s email contains a link with the available information.

The provider will submit the paid books in hard copy to the post office the next business day. Delivery is processed via DHL or similar provider. During the ordering process it is also possible to choose delivery to a pickup location. Delivery time depends on the provider.

When ordering, you can choose a separate payer address and shipping address. The delivery address can therefore be any address where someone is more likely to be home at the time of delivery and pick up the product (book).

In case you are away you can pick up the shipment at the nearest post office at your earliest convenience. If you do not pick up the shipment at the postal unit within the time limit, DHL will send the product (book) back to the provider. Opon resending, the buyer will be charged for all shipping and handling costs of the order (repackaging, re-shipping, logging in the shipment programs). If you do not pick up the book at the post office unit, this is not justified as a cancellation of the order and as a refund request. In this case, you will pay for the costs of sending and processing the orders, and after receiving these costs, the provider will resend the product (book) to you.

The provider will inform the buyer by e-mail which day he / she delivered the ordered product (book) to the post office. So that the buyer can better predict the mail delivery.

Pickup at the headquarters

It is not possible to personally pickup a product (book) at the corporate headquarters.

On the website, during special offer action, the buyer can enter the form to obtain a code for reducing the delivery price.
