One week before the event, the buyer receives an email reminder of the event with instructions regarding arrival, duration, location, parking, registration, etc. Digital products (e.g. e-courses, books in digital form) are delivered by the provider as soon as payment is received. The email he sends to the buyer’s email contains a link with the available information. The provider will submit the paid books in hard copy to the post office the next business day. Delivery is processed via DHL or similar provider. During the ordering process it is also possible to choose delivery to a pickup location. Delivery time depends on the provider. When ordering, you can choose a separate payer address and shipping address. The delivery address can therefore be any address where someone is more likely to be home at the time of delivery and pick up the product (book). In case you are away you can pick up the shipment at the nearest post office at your earliest convenience. If you do not pick up the shipment at the postal unit within the time limit, DHL will send the product (book) back to the provider. Opon resending, the buyer will be charged for all shipping and handling costs of the order (repackaging, re-shipping, logging in the shipment programs). If you do not pick up the book at the post office unit, this is not justified as a cancellation of the order and as a refund request. In this case, you will pay for the costs of sending and processing the orders, and after receiving these costs, the provider will resend the product (book) to you. The provider will inform the buyer by e-mail which day he / she delivered the ordered product (book) to the post office. So that the buyer can better predict the mail delivery. Pickup at the headquarters It is not possible to personally pickup a product (book) at the corporate headquarters. Delivery price list Delivery for the book and order processing is 5 € including VAT. On the website, during special offer action, the buyer can enter the form to obtain a code for reducing the delivery price. For delivery outsite European Union, the actual cost of postage is calculated according to the price list of DHL, regardless of the purchase value. You can check the price list here (link: https://www.dhl.de/en/privatkunden/pakete-versenden/weltweit-versenden/preise-international.html) Validity of the offer The price is valid at the time of order confirmation.
